I have been a patient of Dr. Aly Elgeddawi at West Springfield Smiles for years and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. Nadia at the front desk does an outstanding job. She handles insurance claims smoothly, keeps everything organized, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. That takes a lot of stress out of the visit. Tomomi assists Dr. Aly and is a big reason the office runs so well. She always has a great smile that comes through even with her mask on, and she moves at a hundred miles an hour keeping the room organized and the appointment flowing. Dr. Aly takes time to talk with patients. He puts you at ease, and makes you feel at home. Most important for me: he knows how to use Novocain so that when a filling is needed, it does not hurt. I trust this office enough that I even bring my mom up from North Carolina to have her dental work done by Dr. Aly. That says it all.Posted on Google

The waiting room allows for a comfortable wait with these super cute couches, coffee station (in case you need a pick-me-up), and peaceful music. The cleaning experience is thorough and leaves your breath smelling fresh and so clean. They give just the right amount of care along with force when flossing to reach optimum standards. This place has the coolest technology to document pictures of your teeth, providing a better visual to determine care. The dentist is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, answering all my questions with clarity and thoughtfulness. This is our best dental experience yet!Posted on Google

The dentist is very kind, and the dental hygienists are just as wonderful. Everyone takes the time to explain what they’re doing and answer any questions, which really helps put you at ease. My whole family, myself, my husband, and my daughter are all patients here, and we’ve always been treated with care and respect. I especially appreciate how patient and gentle they are with my little one. It really means a lot as a parent. Any scheduling changes by my part or his are promptly addressed. Dr. Elgeddawi is honest and does not push recommended care unless medically-warranted. Highly recommend for anyone considering a new dental practice.
